If you want some variety in your breakfast meals, this recipe is what you need.
Ingredients:
- ½ avocado
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp bacon bits
- 1 tsp chopped chives

Instructions:
- Choose a ripe avocado, cut it in half, and remove the pit.
- Refrigerate the other half of the avocado after brushing it with lemon juice or oil to prevent browning.
- Break the egg into a bowl.
- Ensure that the cavity in a halved avocado is big enough for the egg. If it seems too small, just spoon out some of the avocado flesh.
- Tip the egg into the avocado cavity and sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
- Top with bacon bits and chives.
- Bake in a preheated oven (425⁰F/220⁰C) for 12–15 minutes or till the egg is set.
- Enjoy your lazy keto breakfast, which will keep you satiated. Serve it with leafy greens like lettuce, spinach, or arugula, if desired.
